Warranty

With any technical problems, please contact us for assistance.

+ 10 years warranty for Konox sinks and 1-for-1 replacement is only valid once within the 7 days device warranty.

+ 5 years warranty for Konox Faucets and 1-for-1 replacement is only valid once within the 7 days device warranty.

+ 24 – month warranty for accessories: kitchen hoses, pipe drain, other accessories

 

Products covered by warranty:

+ Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product.

+ Product is still in warranty period from the date activate the e-warranty.

+ The product serial number has been recorded on Konox’s product warranty system

The warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

+ Product has not activated electronic warranty.

+ The product has passed the warranty period.

+ The warranty seal is torn, broken, or modified.

+ Serial number does not exist on Konox’s e-warranty system.

+ The serial number on the product cannot be identified.

+ Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions.

+ Warranty does not cover damage due to improper care (accident, misuse, chemicals or negligence.

+ Warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of mouse or God such as floods, fires or earthquakes. .

+ Disassemble and repair by technicians not authorized by Konox.

 Maintenance :

+ Periodic product maintenance

+ Checking product quality

+ Checking technical of installation

+ Repairing small defects (not including device replacement). Maintenance is 6 months / 1 time

 Warranty locations:

+ For customers in Hanoi, Konox products are warranted and maintained at home .

+ For other local, please send the product to Konox’s warranty center or Konox’s genuine distributors

  • Step 2
    Konox technicians visit the customer’s home to diagnose the type of defects.
  • Step 3
    With Light damage, Konox technician fixes the damage immediately.
  • Step 4
    With badly damaged, Konox technician bring it to the warranty center to handle.
  • Step 5
    Handing over of the product to the customer after completing the warranty

  • After activating, you will receive a notification message from the operator informing that the activation was successful
  • Konox will contact you to confirm your information for warranty and periodic maintenance affer all.
